That was what immediately came to mind when I saw this piece. I don't know if this is meant to be related to The Borg in any way but this is bloody wonderful in its' own right. Creepy. And, yes, disturbing.

I think what I like about this one other than the great textureing is the way the green plays off the brown tones of the photo.
