Description
The barber of the Dawn Pirates. She is the daughter of one of the Roger Pirates, Spencer- the brother of Belemere, Nami’s adopted mother- and a Lunarian woman. Her father was killed by his robotized-former captain and her family was subjected to the heinous treatment of being a World Noble trophy wife. Clisson was then raised in Goa where she met Luffy but then was sent off to work as a member of the Oracion Seis under Ju-Peter/Germain of the Elders. Unlike the other five, Clisson didn’t lose her integrity as a person, so she ended leaving when they were defeated at Elbaf. She joined the crew out of her dream to set up a hair stylist, after seeing a barber in Foosha Village.

She is not what one describes as sociable, since she keeps to herself most of the time and does not engage in conversation unless it’s warranted, being regard by others as a someone who likes her privacy. She is also very stingy about money and is always looking for ways to improve the situation involving expenses, which causes her to get along with Nami. When on the job, she is extremely serious and straightforward, which at times can make her seem cold-hearted and quite frightening. Off duty when she fancies, she is sociable and often teases Luffy whom she has a major crush on. She despises the World Government and unlike the others, never bought into their propaganda, secretly trying to undermine them at every turn. After suffering a life of being a slave and having to hide her true nature, she feels more at peace with those she can be more comfortable being around. She misses her parents and has a great animosity towards Germain, the cause of her family’s plight. She takes great pride as a barber and tries to be as exact as possible.

She has Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Wind/FireDarkness/Light/Lightning Nature Haki, Sorcery Haki, Injustice Haki, Crazy Haki, Normal Haki, Mana Mastery and Secret Justice Haki.

She ate the Horse-Horse: Alicorn Tomato which allows her to turn into an alicorn or an alicorn centaur Awakened Hybrid. She can fly, walk on the clouds, utilize dark/white magic, purify negative energies, ride at high speeds, has a horn to attack others with, and can manipulate the weather with her Awakening.

As a Lunarian hybrid, she has the powers to generat blue flames, which are stronger than regular flames, which boost her defenses when the flames are on and increase speed when the flames turn off to a much greater degree than a regular Lunarian. She hid this trait, pretending to be a dark-skinned Human to avoid experimentation and being subjected to the same fate as her mom.

As the reincarnation of the Maiden of the World- Rhea, she has the innate powers of Earth Manipulation, Feline Manipulation, and Nature Manipulation.
