Description
This is the flag of the Greek-analogue from my Anglo-Iberia timeline.Currently all I have is the flag, for this one, heh. The map of Europe is still functioning as a creative-entropy generator whenever I try to work on it, thus I'm not sure of the Greek-analogue's formation, it's current borders, if it'll be a Kingdom or Republic (or other) or if it'll even be called "Greece" (Hellenic Kingdom, anyone?).
Anyway, the blue and white are the classical colours of Greece, from far before the divergence point from our own timeline. The golden double-headed eagle represents the Greek Orthodox church, and the five stripes are for the syllables of the word "Ελευθερία" (E-lef-the-ri-a) meaning "Freedom"...
Anyway, I'll have more on this nation once I've established the layout of Europe

Who knows, maybe it will be an autonomous republic of Russia?

Perhaps, I'll see how the final version of the world war(s) end up

When do you intend the wars to take place?

I'll have either one or two major, or a series of smaller, wars between the late 19th and late 20th centuries. Trouble is that I've still got some two centuries of butterfly effect to in-fill from the PoD, heh

That is a lot to fill in. I have always been interested in a mid 19th century world war, like what the US civil war could have turned into.
A 20's and late 40's earlier 50's world war also sound interesting.

When I tried to plan it out before, I was looking at an initial 1890's unresolved Europe-Asia war, which resurfaces as a world war in the 1930/40's, but I haven't planned for when nukes/chemical/bio weapons will turn up yet...

Ah I see. Haven't decided if it advances faster or slower yet?

Im trying to work off a law of averages, and stick to the idea that radical advances in science will come along at roughly the same rate... but then again, the massive united Anglo-Iberian Empire is going to be a powerhouse of idea sharing, and the other European nations are going to want to race to keep up... it's a harder problem than deciding industrial or societal advances, like North America's first transcontinental rail obviously being a sorta hodge-podge built by the varied nations, thus being built slower but more extensive and branching...

Sounds like it will be complicated. I expect it would be roughly 10-20 year ahead of us.
