Another redo of an earlier drawing. I wasn't satisfied with Move Your Rusty Tin Can because the camera angle was wrong and it was too far away. And, of course, being drawn with a Micron, the line has no real character.The crosshatching scumble on Nick is rust, but it looks kinda like he has a prizewinning five o'clock shadow.

It's from a Wizard of Oz parody episode of popular Disney animated show Phineas and Ferb. Candace, the gilr in the clip, is obsessed with busting her brothers, who invent amazing gadgets every day. It's the standard Wizard of Oz parody, with characters from the show filling the roles from the movie. The song is just a gag for the credits, based on a popular song from the show, called "Busted".
