Aaaaaaand this is finally my last entry for the Zlesdin'ed for greatness - Training event !
A little cross-country training for my eventing trainer Greg and his sassy girl Anka ! Despite the sun, that was a cold morning, and due to the season, the cross-country arena was a little moist, soooo a little muddy too !
But they both have some fun to train cross-country in this place. Even if Anka had always her ears to her back... But that's a usual attitude with this girl.

oh, our stable colours are very similar XD I can see our horses&riders attending the same event and stating "WELL one of us has to change"

Ahahah, in fact, that's not really my stables' colors, but only Anka's tack colors xD
But I imagine how Greg could be surprising to cross your riders on an event and thought something like "Well... Dunno what to do yet. Do I have to say to them that their tack's colors are cool?" XD

Wow, they both look awesome! I love how Anka is so beautifully rounded out for the landing, and the background looks so dreamy...

About the mud, on Anka, I've used some ink splashes brushes in different tones of mud colors and then I've played with the layer type to obtain the results I wanted to.
Same for the ground, as the difference was that I've used sparkles/ground brushes ^^

Congrats on getting everybody in - and with such consistency between the pieces I would have likely died halfway through! Anka surely seems to prove the reputation about red mares to be correct... At least she and Gregory seems to enjoy the scenery - and what's a little mud between friends, after all? Also, the purple really fits her #ClassyLady

I do not know this reputation about red mares, what it is? And yes, she "enjoy" the trip, as she always does: grumpily XDD She's a princess, how could she be in mud actually?

Chestnut mares have a reputation for being even more mare-ish (read, 'bitchy') than the norm - like so . Of course, how dare those puny humans make Her Highness dive headfirst into mud?! Gregory better have some treats for her once they're done! And he'll better be super appreciative of the effort, of course!

This Highness is really outraged about it, and Greg have spend an whole afternoon petting her, giving her a lot of treats, brushing and washing her to be forgiven by the Queen of the Stables. xD
That was long, but she was in a better condition :')
Luckily, she appreciate her rider and so is mainly volunteer for the cross-country horse job :')
