Description
This is only fan art. If used, please credit NerdsRII have recently gone back and taken a hard look at my older sprites - both uploaded and not uploaded to DeviantArt - and have been rather unimpressed. It seems that my older works more resembled a custom style than that of Bowser's Inside Story. I tried to keep this in mind as I worked on a single sprite of Tutankoopa from Paper Mario. I later chose to animate him instead.
This was my first serious attempt at animation, and I am very pleased with the results. I used the normal Koopa color pallet instead of Tutankoopa's orange skin tone, and I borrowed the teal colors from the Magikoopa sprites. I also changed the color of his yellow pharaoh headdress, pink stripes, and gray robes to make his colors less jarring.
In addition to these changes, I also made a recolored Tutankoopa X sprite, and I will release that along with the sprite sheet soon.
(UPDATED 6/13/18) I mainly fixed the bottom of his dress. It was choppily animated and I much more prefer the new bounciness.

I probably won't have time. My schedule will be very sporadic when the school years starts back up again. Sorry!

Pretty darn great! Love your use of colors, you nailed the style with this one.
The only things you might look at are the front arm, it's a bit choppily animated; and the body looks as if it's flat and turned to the front, as opposed to diagonally.

Thanks man! I had created more frames for the arms, but later took some out as I realized enemies in game tend to have only a few frames of movement in their arms/legs (take, for example, Junker or Durmite). I'll fix the frame when his front arm is most forward and see if that helps with the choppiness. As for the body, I think I'll just make a new one from scratch. I was never crazy about how the body looked, but I wanted to move on with the rest of the sprite, so I never bothered to change it.

Yeah you're right it's not the frame count, it's the position of the arm. The back one's fine so I'm sure you'll fix it. And good to hear, I'm eager to see it!
