Description
What if Snivy, Tepig and Oshawott had been introduced in the 2nd generation of PokΓ©mon games, Gold, Silver and Crystal?Since I made the three in a row, figured I might as well submit them as one too. I think Tepig turned out the best looking.

Mujumaru looks like from Blue version more, both in apparence and colour. Each time when I'm seeing this kond of work I want to make my own sprites... But, hopefuly or not, I'm very lazy person.

see though the poke starters went in a line (in creation i mean) for example the water went from a turtle to a mini croc, but in style not much difference then to mix it up to a little 4legged one, then another pair of penguin to wateva mijumaru is but they have a lot of similar qualities

You are THE genius. These ones are awesome! Tsutaja is the best in my opinion! You did such a great job with their colors!

Great. I can imagine finding them on Gold. x]
Except Mijumaru kinda looks RBY esque.

Miju's colours aren't that much of a difference comparing it to it's shiny. D:

According to the reference I used for the shiny colours ( [link] ), there's not much of a difference outside of the body being more of a bright blue shade and the legs, ears and tail being more turquoise (having a slight tint of green).

I guess but it's hard to see the difference from a far-view.
Nevertheless, those are amazing sprites.

I think they turned out great. One little suggestion, or rather comment I guess. Mijumaru looks more R/B/Y style, for the fact that you focused more on shading, and stuck to blues - you'll notice in G/S/C, they focused more on colors and threw shading out the window, as you did for the first two. Whereas the way you shaded Miju, it looks very R/B/Y style. Not meant to offend, just pointing it out. They still look absolutely great, and believable!

I noticed the colouring thing myself as well, but just simply couldn't find any other colours in the game that would be better suited for Miju. Tried a brown in place of the dark blue but it looked too 'dirty', for lack of a better word.
And I'll add that GSC and RBY styles look very different, and not just because the former has real colours. RBY (or more accurately, RGB) is usually anatomically broken beyond repair much moreso than GSC and most of the PokΓ©mon faces are either disproportionate compared to the newer game sprites (Jigglypuff, Poliwrath, Rhydon, Squirtle) or just plain creepy looking (Golbat, Arcanine, Golem, Porygon).

Yep, I have noticed as well. I just pointed out certain things that I have noticed about your sprite specifically. I'm aware that RBY sprites are often awful in terms of anatomy.
Also how is RGB more accurate? As I live in the US, RBY is more accurate because Red, Blue and Yellow are the versions which were released where I live, specifically. Just saying, it's not necessarily less accurate.

I said GSC is more accurate than RGB, implying otherwise would just be silly.

Ahhh, my mistake. I thought you said RGB is more accurate than RBY... ehh.
