WELL NOW YOU CAN MAKE THEM BLINK WITH THIS TUTORIAL. Have an exciting life with your art now! Now they can sit and blink. AT THE SAME TIME.
OK HI 3:15 AM... TUTORIAL FOR BLINKING AND COLORING AND STUFF.
once and for all I am not answering questions regarding tablet pressure issues and NO you can't do this with a mouse. Mice suck, get a tablet.

um I'm kinda confused from the eyes folder (when doing the blink prep) how do make all of the colors move with the line art of the eye? When i move it, only the line art of the eye moves but the colors don't move with it :/ please help?

you use the folders to contain the lineart and colors both
Folder Contents:
-lineart
-color
-etc
then you combine into one eye layer when you're ready (:
so you'd have
open
half lidded
closed
all on their own individual layers

the only GIF save option i'm seeing is called compuServeGIF, is this the correct one? Because when i upload it to photobucket that usually recognizes GIFS it doesn't work D8

I've done everything right and have saved it as a gif =] So now I want to make it my blog header. I upload the picture but it doesn't blink... I'm not sure how to do it =[
