I'm new to DA. so I'll just try to give some useful info from my first impressions.
I really like the use of the shading lines, how they add motion to the piece. It reminds me of Van Gogh in that respect.
The actual subject is intriguing, I'm not sure why, it just looks like an interesting scene.
I find as I look at it longer, that in some places the motion of the lines almost takes away form the structural solidity of the stairs, especially near the bottom. That can add to the effect of the piece, as it has a bit of an emotional lens as it is, but to me it feels like the style has a naturally 3D look, and that might benefit from stronger solidity.
The figures are lively, the atmosphere is bright (both of which are appealing to me), even though it has a distinct "silent" feel. It feels like a snapshot from a dream.
Overall very nicely done, with a small desire on my part, to add a bit more solidity, and to possibly see a few more bits of motion... just to my taste. That would mean adding maybe the top of the head of someone walking towards or away from the top/bottom of the stairs, or maybe a leaf somewhere... just a thought.
Hopefully that's helpful!

How did you get such a detailed fingerprint design imprinted (see what I did there? 8D) into the picture? It's so beautiful, intricate, and amazing!

Would you like me to write a critique? I'm guessing that the rain represents the hardship of life. There also seems to be a theme of alienation.Β
