Lovely shading here, in every part. If you don't mind too much, I'd say her muzzle feels just a little bit too long and misshapen, sort of diagonally towards us. As if she got hit by a door. Shortening the side facing away from us would solve the issue. However, I really like her mane! And her ear. Nice work with the horn spiral, too. And finally, that eye shape and that eye in general, complete with those lovely eyelashes, is done quite well indeed.

Not sure I understood you right here. If asking about how, then I can say that the top of Celestia's muzzle in your previous drawing turned out nicely. Try to do something similar with this one's shape. The thickness of it is alright, by the way, only the apparent length of the 'outer' side.
