The upgraded version of the popular 'Pegasus'-Type Transport/Gunship, the Type-II moves a few things around and adds some high-demand features. The first is a more robust pair of repulsor pods that increase both their lift and their armor - if only slightly. These are complemented by an enlarged pair of lateral control pods in the split tails that increase maneuverability and general stability. The interior cargo/transport bay was remodeled to include two side bays. In the transport variant these house the side hatches while in the gunship variant these spaces are filled with outward-canted missile tubes linked to an internal magazine that occupies the middle third of the craft.

The two forward UV lasers were moved to the top of the platform between the repulsor pods and two linear accelerators were hung below these - these are fitted with spotlights and can be controlled from a compact gunner's station just inside the left and right hatches. These can be replaced with grenade launchers, lasers, and other similarly-sized weapons as needed. Both versions retain their large rear hatch but in the gunship variant the space inside is reduced to a measly four seats - the transport variant can house the same twenty as the Bukovi IFV. That isn't to say that they are never used; elite commando and recon units will often use the gunship variant to put their troops on the ground and then provide some measure of rapid-response close air support.
