God, it's been a while, I've just been way too busy to draw anything recently.www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsdRP7…
For whatever reason I was listening to this and thought it was a cool fit for P-21. I suppose there are other characters in Project Horizons that it would fit better but I liked it for P-21.
Tried to incorporate some of the helpful tips that were given to me by the people who commented on the last one I made. This is really the first time that I've tried to draw a male pony seriously, so as always, constructive criticism is invited and appreciated.

My brother and I just reverse pickpocketed live TNT into the President's pocket then set off the nuke!

I wish I had been that clever, I talked to the president, then punched him in the face with a power fist, then ran like hell. Then I got the Enclave squad and turrets to help me out with Horrigan since I had no companions, because I was doing a no companions maximum difficulty run. That game was a blast.

Yeah well I don't remember actually fighting Horrigan, so I guess thats the downside of cleverness, you miss out on content!
