The cast of my pet project, Trivially True.It still has some characters missing but it's the biggest group picture of them I've done so far. I'm not going to name them all here, just ask questions if you want to hear about anyone in particular.
It's also the first page of my new sketchbook.

I have to say, whenever you submit somethin' into Gentlemen-of-Science, I just.. I don't ever question if it belongs in the group. XD "Oh it's from Oly! Accept accept accept!"

Awwww! Thank you, that means a lot. I feel a bit guilty about submitting stuff to the group so often, but I do draw too many scientists!
And I know how it is - being the same group and following OST scene we see each other's stuff often so it seems like we're watching each other already! X)

Хаха! Не боись! Жертв не будет! Щас "опись, прОтокол, отпечатки пальцев" по дидактике и методике сдам, сочинение по литературе накатаю и возьмусь наконец! (надеюсь, что с миром больше ничего трагического не случится и что ничего слишком суьезного нам в универе пока не подкинут)

wow!! i know it's difficult to make group pictures like this look nice, so this is really impressive! also, seeing them all side-by-side really shows off their diversity in faces and shapes and they all look so interesting, a lot of their personalities are shining through XD

i love using the first page of a sketchbook, i try and make the first picture perfect-never quite works out though
uesterday i left my sketchbook at home, ihad to sit through a science lesson with NOTHING to draw on, i do my best designs in science-then i had the whole english spell with nothing to do :L i felt you needed to know that little story right there (sorry im really bored XD)

Haha, I hate forgetting sketchbooks. I end up drawing on scraps of paper then. Except when I was in school I couldn't draw in sketchbooks at all, I ended up pulling all the pages apart or giving up on them. I started keeping proper sketchbooks only around freshman year of the university.
I think the key about the first page is to try not trying making it perfect. Sure, I like having a group picture on the first page but if I didn't feel like drawing that at the time I'd draw a landscape or something else. You gotta feel comfortable enough about it, that sort of thing.
