I'm fleshing out (creating) the last two additional members of Team FNKI since I don't think Roosterteeth doens't intend on regretably showing who the last two members of the Atlas team are.

I've based them off of music types and genre's more than memes because Neon sort of represents 8bit pop/techno and Flynt definately represents the Jazz era, based on Nat King Cole and Little Boy Blue the fairy tale.

First off Kōkai Yōgan , the volcanic wonder.
Originally from Mistral but studying at Atlas by insistence of her parents, who are in "witness protection" for taking down a crime cell in Haven...Ms. Yōgan is still an avid follower of the Noh culture of her home city...while merging it with the unique brand of music she practitions.

Brought up to know how to defend herself given her upbringing in the Mistralise mob life, against man and Grimm alike, she is an expert marksman, and melee fighter, wielding her augmented electric guitar that doubles for an assault rifle axe.
Despite her wild, and seemingly violent pursuits, she actually is very soft spoken when not singing or shredding, and is an intelligible knowledge on the history of not just the kingdoms but their arts.
Her semblance is heat conversion pyro-kinesis, causing her to control , manipulate and in some cases produce fire with the heat in the air, however it's harder to do at night making her resort to the flame thrower function of her guitar.
Based on rockers like Slayer, KISS, and Japanese J-Rock idol's like Malice Mizer or to a lesser degree BABYMETAL.
Music type: Heavy Metal/death metal.
Color Rule: Kokai means Red Sea, and Yogan means Lava in Japanese.
Weapon: Brimstone Ballad (Assault Rifle-axe Guitar).
Semblance: Pyro-kinesis.
