So I decided to make a reference sheet for pokemon themselves, since all I can find are ref sheets for trainers- The pokemon have as much of a story as the trainer, so here's this.

Let me explain how this ref sheet works.

POKEMON INFO
Essentially, this is information that would go with your pokemon anywhere. It is info that the Pokemon League would have to have on record for you to use your pokemon in League battles.

Name (dark green box under Pokemon logo): Your pokemon's nickname

ENTER POKEMON IMAGE HERE Draw your character! Or, if someone else draws it for you, make sure you give them credit. Also, try to fit a unique pokemon sprite in here, if you have room! If not, put in the Extra box.

Gender: Draw the male or female symbol on the right of your pokemon's name. If your pokemon is gender-less, leave empty.

ALSO: There is a blank pokeball next to the name for you to color in with your pokemon's ball. If your pokemon is like Ash's Pikachu and doesn't use one, cross out the space.

Species: What pokemon is it? Pikachu? Meowth?

Trainer: Your pokemon's current trainer. If the pokemon doesn't have a trainer, put NONE or WILD. If owned by multiple people or by an organization, but the organization's name. (Ex: Team Rocket)

OT: Your pokemon's Original Trainer. If your pokemon has no trainer, leave this empty. If the OT is the came as the CT (Current Trainer), then you can leave it blank or write the CT's name again.

TRAINER MEMO
This section are basically notes taken down by the trainer. What they like and don't like, etc. Personal stuff that only an owner would know, and a trainer would be interested in keeping track of.

Nature: Your pokemon's nature, based on it's game counterpart, or story counterpart.

Characteristic: Example: Likes to run, quick to flee, often lost in thought.

Likes: The type of food the pokemon likes best: spicy, sweet, sour, bitter, or dry, respectively.

Dislikes: The type of food the pokemon dislikes the most. Again, spicy, sweet, sour, bitter, or dry.

Specialty: The pokemon's contest specialty is one of the following: Cool, cute, tough, smart, beauty

Skills
From this category, I only felt the need to add the ability. Other Skill things such as stats and experience points change too often for there to be any use of them on this ref sheet.

Ability: What is your pokemon's ability?

Battle Moves:

What four moves does your pokemon know? Make sure to specify what type they are! Use these: [link]

Contest Moves:

What four moves does your pokemon know? Make sure to specify what category they are! Use these: [link]

Condition
Each of the circles represents a contest category.
Orange = Cool
Yellow = Tough
Green = Smart
Pink = Cute
Blue = Beauty
If you take part in contests and use Pokeblocks/Poffins/whatever else to raise your pokemon's condition, fill this out accordingly.

Not a contest taker? Replace Cool, Tough, etc, with other attributes such as speed, cleverness, friendliness, what-ever you like. (: Just put the attribute on the colored circle.

Ribbons

Any ribbons your pokemon has earned! You can draw them on yourself, or use sprites from where-ever. I really don't care where you get them. Just make sure you give proper credit!

Personal Section

Personality: This is what makes your pokemon most unique, even more so than natures and characters. What attributes does it have? (example: very caring, hyper, ect)

Bio: A short explanation of the pokemon's backstory and history. Keep it short and sweet, so you can put the whole extensive story in your Artist's Comments.

Extras:

Anything else you want to say about your pokemon that wasn't already covered! Perhaps a sprite that you couldn't fit in the character image area? Perhaps a picture or list of held items? Do whatever you like here. (:
