only one file left to go in the first series! I can't believe I've gotten this much done! 
Anyway...finally, here is my big bad centipede. The head is MUCH different, I just came up with it one day and really liked it. Besides, I figured he would be more memorable if he had a distinct face, as oppose to a boring, anatomically-correct centipede head. Also, I changed the coloring to purple legs and yellow coloring. I like it this way.
I don't think I have much else to say...comments, criticisms greatly appreciated, and enjoy!
edit: already found a damn typo! fixing it now.

hehe thank you! The picture in which I came up with that design had a pose almost exactly like the one in the 'photo', and it was too dynamic a pose to use for the main pic, but I just had to use it! Showing his face like that, I also didn't have to draw a front-view in the main pic...
and thanks, I like the legs as well...I was originally going to give him some sort of red highlights, but I felt like that had become a bit cliched, so then I decided on purple and yellow, which supposedly go well together. I was just going to make them decorations on the shell, but then I just saw this picture [link] and I just had to make the legs purple!

Nothing like a fire breathing bug to get the free world in a tizzy lol. Thankfully it appears to be a solitary loner that doesn't feel the need to assert itself except in times of great turmoil.
