This is AWESOME!!!! I have the same eyes as Erik!!!! My eyes are green, but because I'm blind out of my right eye it's blue.

I agree, it adds a sense of age to a "ghost"

Heheh, yeah, I like the Charles Dance Phantom too. It's so early 90's-tastic.

cool shading and nice vest detail, and I like a lot his expression. I'd only desaturate a little the background. Question: why one of his eyes is blue and the other green? It's nothing wrong about it, actually it looks cool but I'm just curious...

Well, I'm a major Kay Phan and in her description, he has mismatched eyes. In Leroux, his eyes were not mismatched, but rather gold and near catlike.
Originally in the stage show, Michael Crawford wore a brown contact lens so that he had one dark eye and one blue eye.
I happen to have green eyes, so my Phantom does as well. One, at least.

This is a lovely picture, you are great at using color. I love the little white brush of hair.

Thank you. I love me some black clad Phantoms, but the man is a 19th century gentleman, I think that he'd wear a few nice dark colors as well.

Arresting. I know "nice hair" isn't canon, but I can't resist it.

Yeah, although something longer than usual might be period acceptable. The stripe is pure fantasy...but who the hell cuts his hair?

I was fascinated by pointalism, but I loved Cross Hatching, I just didn't like the assignments, we did circles... lots of them
