Description
  For those this guy here is the Reverse Flash specially the 2nd one named Eobard Thawn. He's the archenemy of the Barry Allen version of the Flash. His story is that he's from the 25th century when growing up he idolized the Barry Allen Flash. He was so obsessed with the Allen he had plastic surgery to look like Barry, and recreate the accident that gave his idol his powers. But that wasn't enough for Eobard as he then used the cosmic trendmill to try to meet Barry. Unfortunately he arrived to a time where Barry was "dead" and learned he was destined to become the Reverse Flash.

  Now he choose to make Barry's life a living hell. The reasoning why instead of killing Barry is unlike most time traveling supervillains he knows if he kills Barry he'll create a paradox that might erase him from existence. Another thing is that the one we see the most is actually a version of him from seconds before his death at Barry's hand. Due to this the Reverse Flash is practically immortal, in fact recently he was killed by Dr. Manhattan only for him to came back (Despite half of his flesh being gone). Fun fact it's revealed in Flash Rebirth (not related to the DC Rebirth event). that Eobard's own backstory was created by his future self to make sure he would end like his future self.
