Been working on this one for quite a while - it's gone through many stages of development.It's based on a scene in a fanfic I really should have finished by now, but alas haven't had the motivation. Who knows - I may do more of it tonight.
I really wanted to define Freya's character through her choice of attire - she wouldn't wear a suit to a party, but neither would she settle for a dress. So instead she's crafted this rather 'rock-chick' look - you'll notice parts of it have actually be taken from the dress Kasumi forced her to wear
To my commissioners - don't worry - I'm getting back to those now.

very nice i like how freya has her hair and i know it must be hard to get badass female characters into dresses without hem looking too girly

Holy smokes batman, the emotion played on Liara's face is very well done indeed! It really speaks.
Faint skyline or something similar might spice up the background, but its kinda nice having only attention drawn onto the characters. Superbly done siirrr.

okay, I know I already added a comment for this one, but I just love it so much! Now that LotSB DLC is out and that we both know what happens in it, maybe you could create another piece of art based on the DLC where Freya is wearing this dress again with Liara? (I would love to see how Shepard's dress looks in the front ---> makes me wish I had one!). Just an idea to consider

I just can't bring myself to delete this from my deviation list because I enjoy seeing it every day lol. I don't know, something about this picture just "clicks" and makes it work extremely well. I think it's one of the best mass effect pieces you've done, and I'm really not saying that because it's extremely sexy looking (granted, that element is there). You just captured the scene very very well and Liara looks perfect... Freya's look is AMAZING! Anyway, just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy this piece.

Wow...Freya's dress-thing is awesome. Though they seem to be doing the whole 'sex on the dance floor' bit rather than dancing. Makes for a pretty picture, though. Keep up the good work, and yay for lesbian pictures that are more than just porn. That's one of the big reasons I watch you.
