"All I want is to make a deal," Amber said with gritted teeth.

"W-What deal?" Jena asked. Her voice croaked from her scream.

"My master is interested in employing you," Amber said. "You will get full benefits, as well as full protection."

"W-What's the catch?" Jena asked. As she continued backing up, her arm felt the cleaning station behind her.

"All you have to do is be our eyes and ears," Amber said. "Keep us informed on the activites of Scarlet and her friends."

"Y-You mean spy," Jena said. "You want me to spy on my friends?"

"If you want to call it that," Amber replied.

Jena felt sick, James was her friend. She knew he would never try to hurt her, and Scarlet had stood up for her.
