Description
This painting is based off of my reaction to the Mogwai song "Hunted By a Freak". I listened to this song throughout the entire process (24+ hours including the thought process/planning). This is done in oil paints on illustration board.Related content

I love the colors of this painting. I think there are deep spiritual meaning inside of this work, and I can see it by its wonderful mixture of colors, and the expression of the person. Great work ^^

Very simple and direct. Truly excellent work. The interplay of the cool and warm colors helps underscore the ambivilence that appears in the subect (your) face. Keep up the marvelous work.

My god, you can do no wrong. This is absolutely so beautiful. I love the background and the glorious colours, it's more brighter and turquoise and I love the profile of the face, looking so sad and reflection or regretting? How do you do it? Well done. Definately worth the wait

I have to agree. I've studied art and this piece would surely make the greats of the Rennesiance and the Neoclassical period very proud. :-D Not to mention the cray-zay colors would win you some allies among the pop artists.

This has to one of the most sublime paintings I've seen in a long time on this site. It's go beautiful and unique and surreal but still holds a faint reality to it.
