Mine is version 2.4.13 so I guess anything after that has the lattice tool, and it's not paid you know you just need to find a registration code somewhere..Like I did

For some reason my meta doesn't have the lattice tool in the command panel. Is there something you have to do make it show up?

Oh, let me check...do you have the Basic Mode check under the file menu?
If so uncheck it and the lattice tool should show now...

I found and heard of this "import pmd and export pmd" for meta, and I also heard thats what a lot of people use to create models without having their model touch pmd editor
