They can stalk small prey, through the tall grasses and reeds, and fox-jump on them to eat it. These elegant, and long-legged felines, are native to most parts of Africa, except for the deep jungles, and stoned deserts. When they stalk, they can locate their prey with excellent hearing, because servals have long ears. Servals had been vulnerable to wild dogs and hyenas. They can escape from these predators, by long leaps. They are efficient, though not frequent climbers, to observe that these servals can climb a tree, more than 9m, to escape from dogs and hyenas. They can purr, hiss, cackle, growl, grunt, meow, and use a high-pitched squeak. Servals are active at day, night, morning, twilight, cool and rainy moments. Did you know that there's a hybrid between your cat and a serval, which this breed of cat, whom might happened to be the biggest domestic cats, the Savanna Cat. The serval kinda strongly resembled the cheetah, by built and patterns, but not by their size.
