I honestly thought the big thing in the background was a heavily-magnified bacterial cell, or some other organic thing. Then I scrolled down and read the comments. Now the picture's burned onto my retinas and I can't get it off.

I went to my downloaded copy of Gakuen and So On, and there it was. Except it wasn't called PUMP. Because my scanlation is in Korean/Japanese.
Other than that massive fail that's been corrected now, I have read PUMP. And yes it is weird. Especially the very last panel, which I think I had nightmares about.
