Description
This is probably my personal favorite out of my Doctor Who pieces. I finally got to work Bessie into a pic (the hill-hopping style I drew it in owes a big debt to Alex Toth). And you can barely glimpse Harry Sullivan at the wheel too, which makes me smile. If you look very closely at the K-1's foot, you can see what's left of that unfortunate UNIT soldier that got in his way.Related content

Questionable production values aside. It was a great introduction for the fourth (my) doctor. And the robot was great.
Nice work

What puzzles me is out of all the times the Doctor has visited, he drives a car that has as much horsepower as a vacume cleaner. Come on Doc. Aston Martin DBS!

Bessie happens to be faster than any AstonΒ Martin.
An alien did upgrade her, after all.

Whoa...this is nice..interesting touch with the 'squished' UNIT soldier..though I noticed the hand clutching Sarah Jane first, though.

One of my favorite episodes! Why does your robot seem to look better constructed than the original? Oh I know, the claws don't appear to be about to fall off...
Bravo!!!

At first I thought that was Ten driving, and I thought "Brilliant! Two of the best teaming up!"
I'm a little bit sad now.

Ten driving Bessie would've been the most awesome thing ever- and ya know Tennant would've loved to do it, Who geek that he is. I think I read somewhere Ten had some kind of Bessie quip in an early draft of Unicorn and the Wasp (when he takes the wheel of the classic car for the chase at the end), but it was cut. Damn shame.

That would have been really, really awesome. It's just a pity that Davis wasn't big on having previous incarnations making an appearance. I'm surprised he shot the special with Peter Davidson.

Yuck. I'd hate to be the one who has to get that mess off the robot's foot.
Tom Baker I see, with his wonderful scarf.
I don't know too much Doctor Who, but I love how you got an antique car trying to outrun a stomping robot gone berserk.
