the style and colours are just spectacular!! the pacing is great and the cover art for each chapter has always been stellar!! all the characters are beautifully written and the way you draw humans and pokemon alike is just incredible!!

I really enjoy the comic so far! It's nice to see more focus on the world-building than the gyms/challenge itself!Β
And haha, never seen so much misunderstandings and drama in one team so early on! Everyone's on their toes and I kinda like it, traveling with strangers can be weird and getting to know each other takes time.
Love the kid squad as well! And the differently portrayed same breeds!! Can't wait for more tbh!!!! <3

And I appreciate your appreciation for my worldbuilding priorities, hahaa. It's one of my favorite things to do and i've only recently learned how to do so efficiently, so there's WAY more to come. As for the misunderstandings and drama...yeaaaahh LOL
Fun fact (which im not sure whether youve seen on the nuz forums or not): I actually wanted them to just..yknow..be cool.
So I could hurry and get to the fun, wise-cracking side of their adventure. I thought I was done writing tension after chapter 8's resolution, but then chapter 9 they were like "stop trying to force us." and everything went to shit lolol
So that being said, i'm really glad you enjoy the trainer troupe! Writing their childish optimism is a nice bit of levity from Asadi and her team whose fundamental issue is that they just can't properly communicate. And that's gonna take a bit to deal with, so the troupe is there to lighten the mood up a bit and i'm glad they're being well accepted

Oh gosh water gun to the face, Akela is so cute though I love the way they talk. Bwah Asadi and Sammy scene was a really heartfelt moment. Also, loving all these backgrounds with the trees and the moss on the structures it comes together with the stormy sky to set quite the atmosphere.
