It can be a light beam...it can be a comet...it can be whatever you want it to be!Water and the horizon were rendered in Bryce, everything else done in Photoshop thanks to a tutorial I found on this site!

it's o.k. After I sended my question to you and continued on my deviant search of ice tutorials there was 2 or 3 other drawings that looked like yours and on one of them the person had the link to the tutorial that was used and I found the tutorial that you used.
