Update: I've taken all of your and PCs opinions on this and removed or added Pokémon.READ THIS:
My original description of why I was removing the Pokémon was bad and caused anger, I'll try and explain it better now. In the official games they revise the Pokédex because there are just too many Pokémon to fit into the main quest, I'm doing the same here.

You don't seem to like bug types or grass types very much, I think Zubat should stay in since it's very common in the games. And you got rid of all but three bug type pokemon from the D/P section, yet none from the R/S generation...

I disagree with most of the pokemon leaving. one of the reason is because most of them is my favorites in the game. I think it'd be better to just keep all the pokemon instead of removing them.

I disagree with you removing a lot of the "bad" Pokemon. A lot of them just have bad hype but are pretty useful in game or are cute. For the Pokemon who appear everywhere, all you have to do is lower the encounter rate, not eliminate them from the Pokedex. And you're getting rid of Miltank, the opposite of Tauros, while not getting rid of him? "Bad" Pokemon serve a purpose, Peeky. They may not be the best Pokemon but they show the diversity in the Pokemon world.

I really did explain what I was doing very badly in the description. In the official games, you have around 150 Pokemon including their evos in the main quest, just because they can't fit all 493 (take legendaries off that) Pokemon into it. I revised the Pokedex like this, because I wanted the Pokemon that are in the main game, to be the best, in my opinion.
And I'm going to update it now I've seen peoples views.
