Description Ivre, the mechanic/gunslinger girl. I tired to work both ideas in, that's why she appears in front of an old timey garage out in the desert somewhere.

My part of an art trade/ contest for Ivre is a character in Tooth in Cheek - see her and related art in 's gallery.

Check out some other art trades or get in on the action here - [link]

Ink drawing colored in photoshop.

Enjoy,

Nice. Her left gun looks a bit funny compared to the right, almost as if it's holstered backwards.

We're seeing it directly from the top of the gun - the metal bar is the frame, which runs completely around the grips. Being mostly in shadow makes it hard to tell, too.

Great pic, P.C. I love the outfit, the hair, and the stunningly blue eyes.

Not real sure how to pronounce the name though.

I'm actually not sure... she's Irish, and the tendency of Anglo people would be to pronounce it "Ihv-ree", of course the Irish I've heard spoken has a different pronunciation than English, seemingly with no Latin roots at all.

It's also the French word for "intoxicated" in which case it would more or less be "eve-ruh", where the r is rolled slightly and the last syllable is barely pronounced.

I wasn't sure when I started on her hair, but it ended up looking good.

Well, assuming the Anglo's are right, I like the name. Assuming the French are right, it's okay.
