Yes. I also think it is a prob of the virtual graphic drivers.

Good.
how about the start menu, is it back or still invisible ?
also, how about start screen, window explorer etc.

There is nearly no visible difference between this build and build 9734. Some new walls and some new startscreen backgrounds. Nothing important. Help tile works meanwhile. There is no startmenu like the version before. It will surely never return. Boot to desktop can be activated in the options of the taskbar. That's almost all.
not sure if it is worth to install this build if you have the previous one.

Don't worry at all It can happen to anyone but was funny though Are you enjoying 8.1 RTM? I find it much better, specially on performance, I saw a great FPS boost in games.

This is only a VM. But i think the performance is better. The installation was VERY fast. Seems it is on a good way. It is much better than Win8.

definitely The leakers (WZT) said something about Windows 9 and 10 being announced internally on September 1st I'm not really excited because it's just a rumor but I wonder how those two will be like

Oh sorry. Kinda misunderstanding. Seems you mean the Windows flag. It only switches between startscreen and desktop.

I always use Manuel's UX theme patcher, because he always does the best job.

No, i know this, and it is a good decision. I know Manuel from earlier times. We worked together on Vistamizer/Sevenmizer. He's a studied software engineer and always does quality work. "Quality made in Germany"

Haven't tried it yet. I cannot activate it because it is Enterprise version which needs a volume key.

It is the standard symbol for a exe file. It appears while using the "run" app.
