Description
Two years have passed since the Rise of the Empire...The Command Deck of the eponymous Stormshadow with additional notes.
Although the Star Wars setting features bridge decks and cockpits of diverse layouts and dimensions, I had long considered that, given the scale of the Stormshadow (not to mention certain dramaturgical necessities), its command deck should be something of a hybrid: primarily a cockpit with a fire-control compartment forward in the nose, and a connected tactical center aft, probably on an upper level; but now, in my new vision, with some sort of command dais and "VIP seating" area in the midst of it all for key cast members who otherwise would have no legitimate stations on deck.

Is it SUPPOSED to look like a dead alien on an autopsy table?

Awesome level of detail!
"Seat rotates anticlockwise for access. Flight controls retract into console"
It's clear that you've given a large amount thought into how the command deck would operate. Very nice.

These plans serve a significant role in plotting the movement and actions of characters in certain scenes. Working out and accounting for such practicalities of operation can lend a certain realism and natural pacing to the narrative... not to mention suggest dramatic possibilities of themselves.
That said, I would likely work out such minutiae regardless, if only to satisfy the technical critic in me.

Now with a bit more elaboration about the characters, as requested.
