Description
Ok, I did it too x))))My Influence Map ))
#1. La Belle Epoque - full of scariest historical events but still so beautiful.
#2. My biggest inspiration - Roaring 20-s, absolutely terrible time, but my favorite historical epoch. All about it - from russian Civil war and Great Depression to Chanel's little black dress and charleston in Kit-Kat club - all about it is my inspiration.
#3. Beautiful Laadiiiiies.....especcially Ladies from Silent films ( on photo - my fav Silent Lady Mary Pickford ). And of course Femme Fatale - actresses, singers, models and etc. from 20-s to 40-s *v*I love'em
#4. Mucha. Cause it's Mucha.
#5. C.D. Gibson,his wonderful drawings & his famous Girls!
#6. Leyendecker. Because he is the best american artist ever.
#7.Soviet Movies. Yes, I love them - our movies, where everybody dies in the end. Old Polish and Czech movies have the same principle too.
#8. Marlene Dietrich. I-love-all-of-her-songs!
And I love her composer Friedrich Hollaender as well - he was amazing.
#9. Toulouse-Lautrec. Cause I want paint like him one day *___*
#10. Classic War Cartoons. Cause you know.

I remember the second picture from my history text book. I rather liked it, because it really showed how far people were willing to go in order to get any sort of money during the great Depression.

DIETRICH! Love that woman. Only she could make a woman in white tail coats look normal for the time. <3

Ohhh you're amazing. I'm influenced by most of these as well. I wish I could paint like Leyendecker some day, he's my absolute hero. And gossssh Marlene Dietrich, no lady can pull off a tuxedo like she can!
What's great about your inspiration is that I can actually see all these things in your art. S'why I love it so much, I guess. Haha!

I did one earlier today, and got to say I love how you made yours! So creative you went out of the normal grid design and make a sorta photo collage with instead.
