A lot of people asking me how I make avatars... Well, here it is!
This is the FIRST time I make a Tutorial, so I hope you all understand the tutorial and I hope this tutorial will help you :3

OH cool! I usually would only do this on Photoshop since I like the layers. Didn't know paint could make the background transparent like that.
