Pretty cool
Congrats on DTF!
Now, for my critique -
Where you used the same part of the water twice - the lower left forground and the middleground - it works well, and It's hard to tell they're the same wave, however the colour of the lower left forground wave doesn't match the rest of the water. It's too grey and misty. Fiddle with hue/saturation/brightness and you could fix that up with no problems
The bank to our right is far too dark. The sun would be hitting it directly, and so it would be as bright as the monuments themselves. You may be able to rectify that using levels adjustment... then again, it might be too dark, and you may lose detail. Maybe you could find a different photo of a shore/bank?
The perspective of the monutments doesn't match the perspective of everything else, immediately giving away that this place could never really exist. The face on the right would ideally be rotated anti-clockwise a bit, so that it somewhat leans into the center of the piece, rather than away from it. The structure to the left is a bit off too... It would work if it were lower down on the picture - at the same level as the horizon line (which, in this case, is the top of the anyons) - but as it is, it looks as if it's somewhat tilted towards us. Also, the original photo of that structure was taken much closer to it than you're using here, which makes the perspective looked somewhat warped and stretched - very un-natural. I recommend finding another structure that was taken at a more suitable angle and distance.
The Eagle in the center is well placed, and the ones in the background are great, too. The clouds are interesting. They look out of proportion to the rest of the piece, in that they're un-naturally large - then again, I think that works well for this particular piece, so well done there.
The only other thing to say, is that I don't particularly like the obvious 'fading' between the different images you've used. The way the water fades into the shore, the way the monument fades at it's bottom... it looks very... half-arsed, I guess. I mean, come on! Try actually cutting around the different shapes, then blending them in or something to look natural... the whole fading thing doesn't look right
I hope some of that helps,
Keep up the good work!

Cheers for the critique! Hmm with the water part it looks ok i think..I added a monotone mixer adjustment layer to 'equal' out the colours to it all looks correct. I should show you the image before, too many colours.
Thanks again !

the stone face on the right isn't fully extracted, I'm not sure what that ghost object is on the structure on the top left but it's symmetry is screaming out to be adjusted. There's a good level of detail, but the lighting is inconsistent.

Really spectacular the handling of the blue tones of the sea,
the shades denote the power of the same ones, even without being very high,
finally the city to the bottom give the perfect frame for a scene of fantastic type.
You are great

this is very good.. the only sugestion i could give would be that the water breaking is going left to right or right to left... if it was comming down or up a river wouldnt it be foward to back or vice versa... just a thought
