As requested!I probably wouldn't have done this... but people seem to have a lot of questions! I don't really feel qualified to make a tutorial XD;
But yeah, I hope this answers everything!
Not strict or anything, I've seen them in color and with tons of different styles too.

But it just seems to me like the hand that goes over your finger should have a border, meaning when you first draw it it should have a border going over the face even... mrr.. I dunno.
