While the war between the Black Arms went on, other hostile threats started to appear all over, also of Black Arms origin, however a lot of these creatures were hostile towards mobians and Black Arms alike, one of these creatures are the Black Worm species. The Black Worms are a large species of worm-like beasts once native to the Black Comet, scientists speculate the Black Worms burrowed through the tough rocky interior of the comet, and hunting its prey by detecting their vital signs with their sensitive spines, only to then burst forth from the terrain and gobble their prey whole.

The introduction of Black Worm species to Mobius was a complete accident, they were a problem for all parties during the war, they're still a problem even to this problem devouring native wildlife and people alike.

A Black Worm subspecies has emerged after the war, and they're known as the Sand Worms, they're not as common due to the lack of prey items in the desert wastelands the dwell in, another dangerous Worm species exists, through the breeding of Black Worms and Sand Worms, they birth the horrifying Death Worms, distinguished by their shiny golden scales, Death Worms are somehow larger and tougher than both species, so far only 10 exist in the world, however their whereabouts are unknown...
