Another new teammate!
I don't really know what to say about this one... Actually, I was really looking for Ralts, I read somewhere that it can only be found (or at least it has the highest encounter rate) in the same patch where Wally a bit later catches his own one, which is of course the furthest patch from where you are when you step into route 102. I was really careful, avoided all the trainers, stepped on as few patches as possible, and just when I'm about to leave the spot right before the one I'm aiming, BAM, a Lotad. You can guess how happy I was. I swear, I don't remember 95% of the gym battles, but I'll never forget that, because I really wanted a Ralts. Really ;w;
Now you'll get a cookie if you figure out the hidden plot element, and oh mai, did a puffy little Poochyena just become and ominous cliffhanger? Let's see who gets eaten what happens next time!

oh man, it's really quite neat to see a different approach to the reaction of the nuzlocke rules, I've never really seen a pokemon get depressed over it feeling he's just their by chance, and that's a solid good idea. love how you drew the lotad kind of ogre like with the tooth and all, and oh my a good cliffhanger and love how huge you made the BATTLE! bubble, really emphasizes the intensity

not at all. i have a sapphire cartridge i play alongside my emerald one (since that one contains the file this comic is based of) and even there i NEVER managed to find a ralts in a nuzlocke. i think they hate me ;w;

I actually think it works. Most people have every single pokemon personified as something so having a pokemon just sitting quite like a plant is different.

i told myself i'd try to make her less sadistic, that's the less brutal i could come up with 
those are some very good possibilities, if you believe that that'sΒ REALLY groudon's mark (it is, but wait, there's more to come of that, i wanted it to be seen toΒ which "party" it belongs, seriously) or it could be that mysterious rock indeed (plot twist: it's the rock of life!)

Lol that reminded me of the girl in the daycare that everytime she ran a rock got in her way, cause she didn't trip rocks just happen to be passing by when she runs. XD
