I allways wondered. In Palestine, people doesn't have much to eat. Water is very expensive. They don't have resources for anything resambling decent heatlh care, education, infrastructure, etc. etc. etc. Basicaly, they're just as poor - poorer, in some ways - than aborigines deep in Africa/South America/whatever jungle.
But they've got plenty weapons. Weapons are one of the more expensive piece of machinery. I think that even such a simple gun as AK is harder to produce (if you count total needed resources, ore, energy, machinery, etc. etc.) than food. Or pharmaka.
Where the hell get those radicals their resources for such things? Even the most unscurupulous capitalist, who made his fortune by selling weapons to the most despicable criminals, wants to get paid for his cheep, yet expensive weapons, ammunition, etc. etc. So where the hell goes these money from? How it is possible that damn conflict didn't die for lack of ammo? How it is possible these people fight with relatively modern light infantry weapons instead of sticks and stones they can muster with their "economical" resources?
They're just pawns. Both Palestine and to some extend even Israel. They kill each other and die every damn day for some greedy, stupid, despicable criminal politician/capitalist/whatever who never see their faces, who doesn't need more money for other purpose than higher account score, more resources, more anything. And until they realize it and aim instead for themselves for these so called "humans" behind the scene, this conflict will never be solved. Too much is at stake for the rich white men...
(To clarify, I'm also white. European. From their point of wiev, one of the rich who lives on their expense...)

Why would a god make an entire, 14 BILION year old Universe, wich is almost 14 BILION LIGHT YEARS in radius, just for its chosen, tiny land creatures to live on a tiny region of it for the last few milions of years, on a planet with aprox. 4.3 BILION years old which surface is MOSTLY SALT WATER (an unsuitable environment for humans to live in)?
