(1st version) Here's a sticky version of my new fathom piece i'll be drawing. Let me know what you think, hints suggestions whatever.
this is just my version of aspen matthews from Michael Turner's FATHOM, i am not sure where i'm going with this but i will probably be adding some sort of water formations she controls, and possibly adding some armour, then going to color it. This is just a rough draft concept piece.
(2nd Version) I am far from done with this, i have maped out where i want her armour but still need to work on her skin shading. i think there is much room for improvement on the depth of her skin tones. want to make a little more dramatic lighting...not sure on a background yet...probably something related to New Years like maybe a ball dropping in a cave or water flying up surrounding her forming liquid fireworks or something like that...any suggestions?
