Description
So we continue this with something less intense. Solar giving Tyler a message to go through the forest and go to his secret den there. Wanted to have a slower moment with Tyler and Solar. We haven't really gotten to see them interact without there being something serious going on. So we get a little bit of that here. In theory he could. He could read Solar or Tyler's mind in order to listen in on it however he doesn't know where Tyler is, and one limitation given to psychic powers in my series is if the user can;t see, hear, touch, etc whatever they're trying to use psychic powers on, it becomes significantly more difficult to do. Like in the Rocket Base, Solar had trouble taking his collar off because he couldn't see the strap on it, so he basically had to fiddle around with it till he found it and removed it. Monarch has no idea where Tyler is, so he couldn't read Tyler's mind. So he's have to read Solar's mind to do that and Solar has a natural resistance to that (psychic type resistance) and he also knows how the technique works, so he could catch onto it if that is happening as well.
