Hey everybody, so another page here. We continue with the story and readers of Shining Consequence are aware of what Harvest there had to say. The details about that and why that is a problem for all of them will also be covered here, though a little differently. I like these two stories to work if you read both of them or if you only read one or the other as well. As for the page itself, I experimented some with lighting, I tend to like to go for either a cool blue shading method or a more warm Magenta based one. Here you can see both (the blue isn't in it as much but it is still present). We also get to see Blaze again, been a while since she has appeared in Solarshadow. Readers of Shining C. Should be aware that she and Ian didn't find him in the valley and Aqualus and Harvest didn't find him at the lake. Solar said he didn't find him in the Forest either. So the available options are dwindling. Hope you like this page and more to come. This was an interesting one to work with given how it has almost all of my protagonists rom the two stories in it (minus Tyler and Aqualus, though they are both mentioned).First Part: Next part: , Previous Part:

This was a really good page, the new style you put into this page really makes it better to look at, it makes the characters brighter and makes them stand out more, on top of that, the first thing I noticed when i saw this page was the detailing to den (I'm not sure what you call it)

Thank you! I've played with art style for a while now and I have grown pretty fond of this more heavy inked comic book kind of look. I've had trouble doing underground places in the past, so this was a attempt to improve upon that. I'm glad you like it C=

Dude I love the new more polished style. Look at this, I love especially the look of Nymphia. I think it looks a bit more cartoon like, but in a good sense, like it also makes the expressions more polished and the body language even stronger. Thats why you are my art role model! My favourite is Nymphias confused pose. Really nice work I may say more we will see, but for now this is my comment about this page. Also I love that Mini Solar!
edit: I have one critique tho, I think you could have played out the reaction of Nyphia towards Solar a bit. I don't expect them to kiss and and share a thousand hugs, I know they are very fresh non enemies at best, but it was pretty good for her so a little hug or some nice more words would have been cool in my opinion.

Thanks, I have played with art style for a while now and I have grown pretty fond of this heavy ink, comic book sort of look. So I'll probably stick with it. Nymphia's pose took a bit of tweaking, I wanted her to look noticeably different from everybody else. So glad you like it!
Yep that's Solars plushie
Probably should have, but I didn't really think about it. I mainly wanted it to just be a nice gesture to demonstrate Solar is going through with the promises he swore to at the end of the second chapter.

Sorry I didn't reply till yet, yeah I like the heavy ink comic style especially for Nymphia! Nice you are succeeded with Nymphias pose, also Solars plushie is best plushie!
It's a nice moment for sure and will help their relationship for the future, lets see how it goes. I just thought a hug or something would have been a nice touch but that is just my opinion, I like it heartful you know!
