GAHHH IM SO TIRED. Please excuse any typos, errors or things that don't make sense XD I just want to post this and sleep. I'll go over it tommorow.I made this for people who want to paint (not smudge!) manes and tails but use a mouse, and find it difficult to fade their hair.

I don't know sorry! I would suppose though it does.
These settings are just part of adjusting brushes for digital painting, so GIMP should have it.

I suppose so. Press F5 and see if you have the brushes menu, if so then yes
I'd be very surprised if you didn't have it.
