Loli hentai is literally pedophilia, and literal pedophiles look at that shit. By refusing to recognize it's bad, you are making it harder for csa (child sexual abuse) survivors to find the help they need and to keep them safer, and this is coming from a 15 year old csa survivor. But if youre one of those people who think we should punish people because some person used pixels to create sexual images of lolis/shotas, instead of 100% focusing our effort going after REAL predators who are using and manipulating REAL children. Erm... actually, there IS a link between violent video games and aggressive behavior. xD I won't go through the trouble of finding and linking since they're pretty easy to find if you want to learn about it, and I'm not really invested in this debate anyway. But yeah, it's there.
Anyway. Since pedophilia is simply defined as "sexual feelings directed towards children", it's hard to relate it to murder - which is an action. A murderer is someone who has done an action (murdered) while a pedophile is just a noun, it simply describes a persons sexual interest - not their actions. For that reason, I DO think there is a very definite connection between loli/shota and pedophiles, because loli/shota IS the depiction of children in a sexual manner. There's no getting around that. "Child molester" would probably fit your argument better: not all pedophiles become/are child molesters.
Not all those who view loli/shota would act on those pedophile urges/inclinations. Many might find it a downright disgusting thought, as the rest who don't view loli/shota do. The brain isn't so cut and dry as that. The "reality" of it is already removed - because it's fake. Your own projections, thoughts and imagination become the reality of the situation.
I often write and draw violent pictures as a form of expression, but the thought of committing them or anything like that sickens me. It's that I project my own reality: The thing or person that has been destroyed has no meaning, life or value other than what I have created for it. I have no problem "murdering" a thing like that.

The fact the first conclusion you came to when seeing this was, "paedophile" is what's disturbing.
Figure drawing is best done with "nude" models/characters so proportions can correctly be gauged and used.
As you can clearly see, no unneeded detail was placed on anything else other than the scales and comparisons.
Whether or not you'd "never draw" them this way does in no way then mean that this tutorial is anything but that: a tutorial; a tutorial that also in no way is promoting that this be the only way children in this style should ever be drawn. Your concern is moot and unfounded.

Some people have a difficult time coming up with characters and capturing their image, let alone drawing children - especially in this style.
A tutorial like this shows the transition from base to finish. That's all. Anything inherantly "wrong" about it is whatever image you conscienciously decide to place on it. Therefore the problem is yours and yours alone - and to call this 'pedophilic' in anyway is an afront to the artist and their true motives for producing this work. That is truly disgusting for the reason that's obviously not the intent of the piece.
If you have no criticisms not simply based on personal 'feelings' but artistic insight or creative suggestions, perhaps you may want to simply ignore this kind of work and not plaster something that could damage the image of a well intending arist.
