Okay, so I had been asked to do a tutorial about brush importing. So here it is!I know it isn't and equine tutorial.. but it can be used for hair brushes and such. Note me or comment below with any questions

I just got Photoshop (elements 11) and I didn't know how to install brushes, only on Gimp.
