Can you please show me how to rainbow a horse through join me or another application you may think is better? i can't seem to get it right x.x

Oh and, do you cut the horse into pieces and then color it?

You'll need your cut out horse, then you'll just add a new layer, add it all of the color, then put that layer on overlay. (at least, that should work on PS, idk with GIMP)
