Description
A new tutorial for you guys! ;DThis is basically how I match the hues and colors from the background to my horse. This is the very first step I take in "Horse Prep".
This is sort of an art trade with ~Kallieee . I am making this tutorial for her, and she is going to make something for me using this tutorial. It was pretty nice of her to do that, as I was going to make a tutorial based on this anyways.
Hope you find it useful, and please show me what you make if you use it!

Umm sooo... how do you make a clipping mask..?

Usually you can just drag the layer towards the right. Or put it above the layer you want to clip it to, left click, and click Create Clipping Mask.

Yeah.. the horse blended ok eventually, but it's so obvious you pasted it there... I mean, doesn't it bother you at least a little bit, that there are parts of the previous background near the tail and head? You have a tablet, I see, it won't be too hard to delete the extra background around the hairs and draw some more, if needed, just saying.

This tutorial is only for blending the body, I had not done the mane and tail yet.

I absolutely adore this tutorial! I actually use a similar way of blending the horse and background. But I learned a few things from this tutorial as well. Thank you so much!
