Ages ago I attempted this, but was never happy with my texture bakes using KOFXIV's textures. Thankfully, SNK Heroines removed this issue. Time to try again.
Like with the last animation, this is using an in-game animation, and I just added the torso & hair physics. Notes

How did you extract the model from the game? I been looking around forums and only you and Sticklove have ripped models from it.

Basically the models were a hand off. I still don't know what the process is to extract them, and I have not heard any updates in a while
