Based on a lie I've seen on youtube far too often on Forces related videos, where people keep claiming we wanted boosting back in Sonic games after Lost World and Boom did away with it, and now we complain about it. I know I ain't said shit.Not once did I see someone say Lost World and Boom sucked because there was no boosting and wanted it back. In fact, Lost World was defended by most of the people who make this argument when IGN made their review, and I remember EVERYONE who say this, also defended Lost World's gameplay on top of that, trying to convince other people to try the game and not to listen to reviews(After they spent years using bad reviews of older titles to bad mouth us). Not once did I hear anyone say "I want boosting back" until people complained about it in Forces. I know for a fact in all these 5 years, I've not seen one person say this, even those who did like boosting, they defended Lost World to the death, and now all of a sudden "it failed because there was no boosting/no consistent gameplay", nigga please.

it not that the fanbase as a whole "changed their minds" but its because the fandom is F**KING DIVIDED. Im actually starting to get tired of hearing Bulls**t like that because we all know the sonic fanbase right?

I hate how people associate boosting with Sonic Unleashed in the first place. Not only does this give them grounds to say Unleashed was the best game since Sonic 3 or something, but it's also not true. Boosting first came from the Sonic Rush series- a series of games that had a heavy focus on a great side character and actually gave us a plot an world to care about.
Boosting was fun for a time, but totally not necessary. As a matter of fact when I heard about Sonic Lost world, I curiously entertained the thought of buying it just to see if it played more like SA2 or SADX, which is what I prefer (not demand). After watching some game play, I actually decided against it.
You are right about nobody complaining about the loss of boost though. I can't think of a sinble person I've heard moan out the words "Awww, they took out the boost!" Boost wasn't even necessary in the first place. I could care less if it's in the game or not, since I've enjoyed the gameplay of the games either way. The story on the other hand. . . that's what I want them to actually pull through on.
A lot of people are praising the New Zelda Game as of late, and I'll admit, I've seriously enjoyed it. It's biggest flaw is the lack of a well crafted story however, and thanks to this, it's not going to have as lasting of an impact on people as Nintendo wants. People like it now, but when you're done playing the game, there really isn't much to talk about.

Well many did say there want the boost back BUT the issue is not many of them very Adventure fans (as in Story, Characters, a believable world and a real threat) but this people as I also seen often don't differentiate between the different groups in the the fanbase.
Also a free fun fact to those that say that 06 even if finished would have been horribel and praise the Boost games:

You and all of us know that each and every single one of us have "opinions" and everyone should respect each others opinions one word: to the boost fans(Im one of them): we all got opinions and share them right and we all think that the adventure fans just need to shut up and all but if we express our thoughts then shouldn't the adventure fans express their opinions as well same goes to the Adventure fans. Everyone will express their opinion on everything why? Because everyone is different and we were made to be different so how about everyone just respect each others opinions and get along. Guys everyone's life will not go in the way you want them to go at all it's just like saying that things won't go your way and why don't you guys understand that. This is one of the reasons why people don't like the Sonic Fanbase at all. Now we got people complaining about people complaining about them complaining about the game it just doesn't make any sense so I want all this to stop ok I understand the game is not finished yet but criticism also brings out the problems of the game and Sonic Team can fix that before the game releases I know the adventure fans want Sonic Adventure 3 but you got to wait maybe once Sonic Forces comes out you "might" like it I am not saying you will now im done.Β

You accomplished nothing out of this but wasting time. Opinions are statements made without full understanding on the subject, and so far these games have been going by the opinions of you modern fans and have nothing to show for it but one successful game, that being Generations. On the other hand, this has nothing to do with Sonic Adventure 3, regardless of wanting it, it's about having a new game that doesn't pander to nostalgia, have real 3D gameplay, and have more playable characters then just Sonic, and last time I checked, a game doesn't have to be called "Sonic Adventure 3" to accomplish all that.

First of all, look up the definition of opinion, and read various articles on it. After that, take a long look at the decade modern/boost fans spent doing the exact same thing you just accused me of.
