Love the use of colors and the dark lines; very comicy! The hands could use a little more firmness and form, and the shading under the cape looks a bit rushed... but other than that, I like it! (I saw you wanted heavy critic ^_~*) Nice use of light with the fire too!

Yeah, I usually don't cartoon much (ie: at all), but this was fun to try. I was really trying to keep spawn from looking too much like his comic book self, but I also didn't want him to look to cartoony stylistically....I really wanted him to look like just a normal guy in a suit, so I tried to keep him proportioned appropriately. I thought it would be funny if the scene looked as mundane as possible...just cause he's spawn doesn't mean he's always "stylin"....like when he does his laundry, or goes grocery shopping.
