studio 4c is the best, you can download the artbook of Tatsuyuki Tanaka named "cannabis works" (he draw all in efects of marihuana xDDD he is really cool)

i just have too many to fit on here, but i really don't give a whoot what country an artist comes from. just as long as they can draw or they use bright vibrant colors.
these are more like my main current ones.

LOL. There's a story behind why THAT icon, but it might be too long for here so I'll reserve it for another day.
It's just always interesting to see where people get inspiration from. I had a rather bad experience with Anime in college which has kinda tainted my view of it, despite my own drawing style being inspired by it. Sometimes when I see people who's main inspiration is primarily or ONLY from Anime I feel a little miffed, so I apologize if I came across as being a bit gruff.
To be honest I absolutely LOVE how much color you use in your work and I love the way you draw your characters. It's so rare to see color being used so playfully and yet so skillfully in any art these days, so if a lot of your inspiration is from Anime and Manga who am I to judge? It's all great!

dont get me wrong, i love TONS of western artist. i just really like cute round shapes and bright color in my work. a lot of eastern artist happen to share the same thing.
oh and some of the works up there arent for the illustration work, but there story tell tools as well.

Tales of the Abyss! That's a new one... Haven't seen an influence of a Tales game before. Tales games in general swayed my inspiration growing up, and still do. Too bad I ran out of room on my Influence map... might have to do another. XD Good stuff, Py.
